Frequently Asked Questions
What are Doghive's safety protocols?
We use temperament assessments, size and energy grouping, continuous staff supervision, strict vaccination requirements, padded rubberized floors and an enzyme cleaning protocol to keep dogs safe and healthy.
Can I check on my dog during the day?
Yes. Use the Doghive App to view live webcams and receive updates.
What should I bring for my dog?
Proof of vaccinations, any required medications (with instructions) and a familiar blanket if it helps your dog settle. Food should be pre‑measured and labeled if you bring your own.
Do you provide food or can I bring my own?
Both options are available. We can feed your dog Doghive food or follow your home feeding instructions.
Can you give my dog medication?
Yes. We can administer medications with written instructions and proper labeling.
How clean is the facility?
We use an enzyme cleaning protocol plus daily cleaning routines. Our HVAC system includes UV lights and HEPA filtration to improve indoor air quality.
Are webcams private and secure?
Webcams are accessible through the Doghive App with secure login. We monitor access and protect owner privacy.
Do you accept puppies and seniors?
Yes. Puppies under seven months old and seniors are evaluated individually and placed in appropriate groups or given one‑on‑one enrichment.
Can I drop in or do I need a regular booking?
We accept both regular bookings and limited drop‑ins depending on capacity. Regular bookings guarantee a spot.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Policies vary by service. Review the policy on our booking page or contact us for details before scheduling.
